Our number one priority is to protect you from any potential conflict of interest. In order to do that we will walk through a process to provide a secure moat. The first step is to establish whether your experience is a fit. We will do that completely outside of your involvement in your current employment situation. We suggest using a pseudonym or username initially and utilize a non work email and phone number, and never utilize company hardware to communicate and certainly not during company hours.
We will ask you to share a bit about your background, level of experience and comfort level offering advice and insights into different departmental procurement priorities. We will not at this stage enquire where you currently work but more so what areas you might be comfortable offering advice to. Should we both deem there to be some synergies we will sign mutual Non Disclosure Agreements to protect your integrity and detail how the relationship can progress.
